The investments included in this project are therefore aimed at making a quality leap for Alfatech Srl in terms of automation and remote control of machinery and improvement of environmental impact, and are essential for developing an effective strategy of diversification with respect to competing companies and acquiring internally fundamental new skills.
The ultimate goal of this corporate strategy is not to sell products, but offer high value-added services (specialised technological consultancy) according to “service-oriented” and Industry 4.0 approaches. This transformation into a company “selling services” will allow Alfatech Srl to greatly expand its internationalisation capacity.
With this in mind, Alfatech Srl has embarked on a path of development of new human, technological, strategic and financial resources, necessary and aimed at a revolutionary change in its business model.
In this sense, the strengths on which this strategy will be based are the ability to remotely manage and monitor machinery and plants, to have production data available in real time and integrated with the company management system, according to a “digital manufacturing” approach.
The project is financed by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia under the POR-FESR 2014-2020.
