The T.E.A.® B / RONALLOY™ GT 300 surface treatment deposits an intermetallic alloy of copper (62%) and tin (38%) on components free of lead, cobalt and cyanides.
It is a semi-gloss coating with a white bronze effect, which can be used both as a finish and as a substrate. It is durable and has good resistance to corrosion, wear, and tarnishing. Resistance to fogging can also be enhanced by applying an additional chrome coating.
It complies with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), and is a valid alternative to nickel in components intended for contact with drinking water and liquids for human consumption (food, beverages, etc.) and to white bronze.

It is a process with a very low environmental impact: the concentration of salts is three times lower than in traditional processes. Deposition thicknesses of T.E.A.®B – RONALLOY™ GT-300 up to 20 µm are also achieved.
It complies with REACH (CR Regulation No. 1907/2006) for enhanced protection of human health and the environment.
It does not contain toxic heavy metals such as Lead, Cobalt and Cadmium.
It allows maximum customisation, i.e. it can be applied as a substrate to gold, palladium, chrome and their combinations.
